The facts
- Online Radio Site / Content System / Live Streaming
- $1500 US Paid to the freelancer
- Incomplete, poor standard of work / No refund issued
- THREE YEARS LATE on a 60 day project (as of August 2011)
- Prashen Kyawal and WMS have stopped all contact and have dissapeared with the money.

Prashen Kyawal and Web-n-Media Systems started this project on 19TH JULY 2008 - YES - that is no typo... 19/07/2008
Since then I have had a half working site, coded badly from scratch.. Every professional that has seen it has laughed at the coding, and say that I would be better off starting from scratch than finishing it. If the site doesnt break with an error after two clicks you can consider it a miracle. It really is awful amateur work and completely un-usable...
The technology is now so old, it would need updating even if completing and they could not even keep to their original claims of what they could achieve. They even lied about their level of technical knowledge - later admitting they were "learning many of the technologies for the first time". I had to learn the technologies myself, then share the information - or get answers for their errors on experts exchange. I had to bring in other coders, experts and designers to try and work around all their bad design. I also count that there are 181 word documents with amendments, site errors, faults and edits, and the site is still miles away from complete.
Prashen Kyawal and Web-n-Media Systems have stopped working on this project more than four times, leaving me months on end without any contact whatsoever. The most frustrating was when his coder "Tara" went on maternity leave for over 6 months. The project stopped as she was "the only coder who could work on it"

Prashen Kyawal / Ask Developers since March 2011.. All they do is ask for more money and bad mouth me in any dispute. I have come to a dead end with no replies coming from Prashen or WMS. The only step I can take from here is a legal one.
Elance have agreed with my situation and been involved in the dispute process and have handed over all information on this company for me to post up a review.
I challenge them to prove my above words wrong by showing a fully working site as per the document accepted by both sides on elance on 19th July 2008.
Think seriously about trusting your project with these guys

Still no work since 15th March 2011 and only the odd email from elance board asking for instructions to complete - to which the responses are all ignored for weeks.
